It starts early. Without wanting to sound sexist, in all honesty I have to say that after 23 years as an elementary school counselor, girls are at much greater risk for getting into this than boys. Third grade seems to be a year where it really blossoms. However, boys overall exhibit more severe and a greater variety of behavior problems from what I saw on the job.</description>
